TSE Series Product Features
TS Series Overview
The TSE series is an integrated asphalt hot recycling plant independently developed by TTM. It recycles and reuses old asphalt mixtures, restoring them to the road surface. This not only addresses environmental pollution issues but also creates excellent economic benefits for customers, achieving green transportation.
The mixing system is placed below the RAP weighing scale, completely avoiding material adhesion and blockage issues caused by RAP chutes or belt conveyors (virgin materials slide into the mixing unit via chutes). The integrated design of RAP and virgin materials optimizes the dust collection system and mixing unit configuration, significantly enhancing the overall production efficiency. The entire machine is also equipped with a patented pre-mixing switching device, allowing users to switch modes freely based on production needs.

Energy-Saving Measures
- High-temperature components exposed to the air are covered with insulation layers to reduce heat loss.
- The asphalt storage system adopts electric heating insulation, replacing the traditional thermal oil boiler heating method.
- High-efficiency energy-saving electric motors are used to drive the reducers, improving overall energy efficiency.
- A foamed asphalt warm mix module is available, making the production process more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.
Dust and Odor Control Measures
- A self-developed gas burner meets customer requirements for clean fuel usage.
- Dust emissions from the finished material discharge port are sent into the burner flame for secondary combustion.
- Asphalt and heavy oil tank vents are equipped with ventilation condensers to reduce asphalt fume emissions. Alternatively, photocatalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption systems can be used for centralized asphalt fume treatment.
- The cold aggregate system is equipped with a dedicated pulse baghouse filter to capture dust generated during loader feeding and belt conveyor transport.
- A moisture-mixing device is installed at the dust silo discharge port to reduce dust emissions when recycled dust is released.
- The foamed asphalt warm mix module reduces asphalt fume emissions during production.
- Water mist spraying systems can be installed in the raw material yard for effective dust control.
Noise Reduction Measures
- A soundproof enclosure is added around the induced draft fan, with shock-absorbing pads at its base and silencers at the exhaust chimney, effectively reducing noise pollution.
- The burner is equipped with a high-efficiency silencer and soundproof enclosure to minimize operational noise.
- Noise-prone components, such as the elevator and vibrating screen, are insulated with aluminum silicate fiber and color steel plates, providing both thermal insulation and noise reduction effects.
