RLBZ Series Recycling Add-on Tower
Product Features
The RLBZ series asphalt plant hot recycling equipment addresses key technical challenges in RAP (Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement) heating, including aging, adhesion, and blue smoke emissions. The system primarily consists of an RAP cold feeding system, a hot air furnace with an exhaust treatment system, an RAP heating drum, and an optional RAP pre-mixing system.
This series has been successfully integrated with asphalt mixing equipment from various domestic and international brands. Each unit is customized based on the user’s existing asphalt mixing equipment and production requirements. It maintains a leading market share in Globe.
Hot Air Furnace
The large-size hot air furnace design ensures that RAP does not come into direct contact with the flame. By introducing exhaust gas from the drum, the system effectively controls the temperature of the incoming hot air (500°C - 900°C).
RAP Heating Drum
The drum features flexible lifting blades to prevent adhesion issues after RAP softens (Patent No.: ZL200810189181.1). Additionally, hook-type lifting blades are designed to achieve graded heating for coarse and fine materials. A combination of large drum diameter, low rotation speed, small inclination angle, and full curtain mild heating ensures optimal discharge temperature while significantly reducing asphalt aging during the heating process.
Exhaust Gas Treatment System
A dual-fan system is used to separate the exhaust gas into two treatment pathways. The internal circulation pipeline controls the temperature of the hot air entering the drum, while the secondary combustion pipeline directs the remaining exhaust gases to the primary drum for purification (Patent No.: CN201620804202.6).
