Product Features

1. 3000-Type Counterflow Asphalt Hot Recycling Plant

The counterflow heating method ensures high thermal efficiency and low fuel consumption. The drum is designed with a large diameter, low rotation speed, and small inclination angle, allowing RAP material to be gently and gradually heated inside the drum. This maintains optimal discharge temperature while reducing asphalt aging. The drum features special flexible lifting blades, significantly reducing material adhesion to the drum wall and blades, thereby enhancing self-cleaning capabilities.


2. Vertical Hot Air Furnace

The hot air furnace adopts a lightweight vertical design with an internal ceramic fiber layer, which is lightweight, has low heat absorption, and reduces noise. The structure allows for easy replacement and maintenance. The compact design minimizes equipment length and footprint, making it more adaptable for integration. The system effectively regulates heating medium temperature by introducing low-temperature tail gas and burner exhaust. Re

3. RAP and Rejuvenator Pre-Mixing System

The pre-mixing system is equipped with a manual switching mechanism, allowing users to switch between the pre-mixing cylinder and direct chute based on operational needs. This design prevents material adhesion and smoke emission issues.

4. 7500-Type Four-Drive Large Capacity Mixer

The mixing cylinder is mounted on the recycling unit and uses a 7500-type mixer, driven synchronously by four reducers for stronger power output. The dual mixing arm layout and spiral blade arrangement significantly improve mixing efficiency. The discharge gate features a rotational design, ensuring fast unloading speed.


TSEC Series Environmental Performance & Measures

The TSEC series adopts a modular sealed structure for the main tower, enclosing all dust emission points at each level, effectively preventing dust dispersion. The exterior enclosure features a unique sliding door design, which not only enhances dust prevention but also improves ease of operation. Additionally, the cold aggregate bins, conveyor discharge points, and truck lanes are optimized with enhanced dust control measures.


Dust, Odor, and Noise Reduction Measures

  1. Proprietary gas-fired burner, enabling the use of clean fuel.
  2. Finished material discharge port fumes are directed into the burner flame for secondary combustion.
  3. Asphalt and heavy oil tank vents are equipped with ventilation condensers to minimize asphalt fumes, or alternatively, photocatalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption devices can be used for centralized treatment.
  4. The cold aggregate system is equipped with a dedicated pulse baghouse filter, addressing dust emissions from loader feeding and conveyor transport.
  5. A moisture-mixing device is installed at the dust silo discharge port to minimize dust dispersion during discharge.
  6. The foamed asphalt warm mix module reduces asphalt fume emissions during production.
  7. Water mist spraying systems can be installed in the raw material yard for effective dust control.
  8. A soundproof enclosure is added around the induced draft fan, with shock-absorbing pads at its base and silencers at the exhaust chimney, effectively reducing noise pollution.
  9. The burner is equipped with a high-efficiency silencer and soundproof enclosure to minimize operational noise.
  10. Noise-prone components, such as the elevator and vibrating screen, are insulated with aluminum silicate fiber and color steel plates, providing both thermal insulation and noise reduction effects.

This optimized design ensures that the TSEC series asphalt recycling plant meets environmental regulations while delivering high operational efficiency and sustainable performance.
