The LBE Series Eco-friendly Asphalt Mixing Plant (Without Silo) features an integrated design, optimizing the functional structure of the entire machine to meet modern environmental protection requirements. The main tower enclosure is available in two structural configurations: modular semi-enclosed and fully enclosed, providing customers with multiple options.

Semi-enclosed Structure:

The main tower adopts a modular sealing structure, enclosing all dust-emission points at each level to effectively prevent dust dispersion. The outer enclosure of the tower features a unique sliding door design, enhancing operational convenience. Additionally, optimized dust control measures are implemented at the cold aggregate bins, conveyor belt discharge points, and truck loading areas, ensuring full compliance with environmental standards.

Fully Enclosed Structure:

The fully enclosed main tower is designed with a modern and sleek appearance, ensuring easy assembly. Its airtight exterior and multi-layer dust extraction system effectively capture and contain dust and fumes, significantly enhancing environmental performance.


Environmental Highlights:

Energy-saving Measures:

  1. Insulation layers are added to all high-temperature components exposed to air, reducing heat loss.
  2. Electric heating is used for asphalt storage system insulation, replacing the traditional thermal oil boiler method.
  3. High-efficiency electric motors are used for gearbox drive, improving overall energy efficiency.
  4. Foamed asphalt warm mix module is available, making the production process more energy-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Dust and Odor Control Measures:

  1. Proprietary gas-fired burner, supporting clean fuel usage.
  2. Smoke and dust from the finished material discharge port are directed into the burner flame for secondary combustion.
  3. Asphalt and heavy oil tank vents are equipped with ventilation condensers to reduce asphalt fume emissions, or alternatively, photocatalytic oxidation and activated carbon adsorption systems can be used for centralized asphalt fume treatment.
  4. Pulse bag filter is integrated into the cold aggregate system to control dust generated during loader feeding and belt conveying.
  5. Moisture mixing device is installed at the dust discharge point of the dust silo to minimize dust dispersion.
  6. Foamed asphalt warm mix module reduces asphalt fumes during production.
  7. Water mist spray system can be added to the raw material storage area to effectively control dust.

Noise Reduction Measures:

  1. Soundproof enclosures are installed around the induced draft fan, along with shock-absorbing pads at the fan base and silencers at the chimney outlet to minimize noise pollution.
  2. The burner is equipped with a high-efficiency silencer and soundproof enclosure to reduce noise emissions.
  3. Noise-prone components such as the elevator and vibrating screen are wrapped with aluminum silicate insulation and color steel plates, providing thermal insulation and noise reduction effects.

This optimized design ensures that the LBE series meets stringent environmental standards while maintaining efficient production performance.
