To adapt to market demands, TTM (Tietuo Machinery) has been dedicated to building a professional manufacturing base for mixing equipment that features high intelligence, high environmental protection, high productivity, and low energy consumption. In 2018, TTM launched the Smart New Park Project, a key provincial technological transformation initiative. The first phase of the project covers an area of 200 mu (approximately 133,400 square meters) with a total investment of 300 million RMB and was completed and put into operation in July 2019.

The new park was designed by the First Design & Research Institute of Machinery Industry, with the goal of creating a high-standard, modernized construction machinery facility. Advanced CNC equipment, including laser cutting machines and robotic welding systems, was introduced. Since 2021, TTM has partnered with China Telecom to upgrade the park with digital and intelligent transformation, establishing a smart operation monitoring system.
